# Insights

> Review Distribution Platform models, customers, channels, and the displayed Est. gross proceeds (30d) field.

Insights shows your Distribution Platform models, customers, and channels. It
covers the Dedicated and Model APIs channels.

## Open Distribution Platform insights

**To review Distribution Platform activity in the console**:

1. Sign in to your workspace at [app.baseten.co](https://app.baseten.co).
2. Choose **Insights** under **Labs** in the sidebar.

The **Insights** page has summary tiles followed by the **Customers** and
**Models** tables.

Current model and customer counts refresh when the page loads.

## Review live models

The **Live models** tile totals your current Dedicated listings and Model APIs.
It has no rolling time window.

The **Models** table has these columns:

* **Model**: The model's display name.
* **Channels**: **Dedicated** or **Model APIs**. **Dedicated** means that
  customers run dedicated deployments of the model. **Model APIs** means that
  customers activated its shared Model API. A model with both channels appears
  in a separate row for each channel.
* **Customers**: The current number of customer organizations using the model
  through that row's channel. It has no rolling time window.

## Review customers

The **Customers** tile counts distinct customer organizations using your models
across **Dedicated** and **Model APIs**. It has no rolling time window.

The **Customers** table has these columns:

* **Customer**: The name of the customer organization.
* **Channels**: **Dedicated**, **Model APIs**, or both.
* **Est. gross proceeds (30d)**.

Each customer row opens a detail page that groups the customer's models and
limits under **Dedicated** and **Model APIs**. The **Model APIs** section lists
the **Model API** and its **Rate limits**.

## Understand unavailable data

A dash in an Insights overview summary tile or an **Est. gross proceeds (30d)**
table cell means the value is unavailable. It doesn't mean zero.

Insights excludes request counts and Frontier Gateway traffic. Frontier Gateway
groups are customer groupings that you define, not Distribution Platform
channels. Use [billing webhooks](/frontier-gateway/billing-webhooks) to meter
Frontier Gateway traffic.

Baseten doesn't expose a supported public API for Insights data. Review this
data in the console.
